Thursday 13 May 2010: Brasucade de moules

Lunch in the garden today - mussels cooked on a charcoal fire with olive oil, red pepper, fresh herbs (savoury and rosemary) and smoked bacon. One of the best ways to eat mussels! With a glass or two of rosé made in the village. The sun even came out for an hour or so.
