Taxidermy?

A truly horrible example of the taxidermist's art.
I only took two shots, today, both of this and through a shop window on Leith Walk. I was brought up all standing and taken aback by this weird little diorama.

I don't recognise any of the birds, and suspect they may be made up; the mad staring eyes are particularly disturbing.

We met M's brother off the train today, and have been entertaining him since, so no commenting. Will catch up with everyone over the weekend!
