Saturday 15 May 2010: trying out the new genaker

Today we went for a very fine sail on Puget Sound on our friend's J40. He wanted to try out his new Genaker(supposedly an easier spinnikar to use- no pole) Once they figured out where all those lines went, it worked great, but then trying to come about, it got totally twisted around the forestay. More practice needed!
But it was a fun day.
