Friday 25 June 2010: Grande rue

I noticed the curve of the street and the shadows as I walked past the end of the street this morning. This used to be the main street of the village, hence its name, leading to the old market place. If the houses on the left look as though they're leaning inwards, they probably are - in order to make the roadway wider a lot of the village houses were built like this.

I'm sure I've blipped this scene before, but it's always changing throughout the year with the different light.
