Wednesday 30 June 2010: The Real Dutch Soccer Team Fan
today is Marco, our Chief Engineer. With our national team playing the quarter finals against Brazil, they can use some extra support. Therefore Marco painted the Dutch Lion on our aftdeck today. Initially I had my doubts about this project. I saw the small sketch and was absolutely convinced we would end with a sort of highway traffic flattened hedgehog of 16 square meters. But it must be said: it is a Lion indeed, and a beautiful one as well. My compliments!
ps: a real Brazilian fan will immediately notice he is wearing a Brazilian shirt
