That is how long it has takem the council to come and see about the crumbling drains outside the house.
Yep - it was 31st July 2009 they were notified.
So they turned up today and dug up 4 of them .............. and went away again leaving cones on 3 of them (they actually repaired one because it is right at the end of somebodies drive)
I wonder when they will come back the finish the work.
Next July?
