A Lone Petal

I've enjoyed a pretty cruisie day, photographic field trip postponed because of all the rain we have had over the last few days.

This a hyacinth flower (Sky Jacket), a really clear blue, but one petal had this pink tinge.

On the up side, we are enjoying a smidgen of sun this afternoon, but our land is a moving bog!!

On the down side, I may have to tackle my ironing pile :(
