Spring FLowers

Our weather forecast is absolutely appalling for the next few days, with mention of snow and persistant southerly rain. For us Kiwi's Southerly rain means it is coming straight from the Antarctic, so is a good indication that things are going to "turn dog". Not sure what the dog has to do with it, but the spring flowers are going to get an almighty shock this weekend when the wet comes.
I have use the lensbaby and lots of soft focus to give the fresh idea of a spring flower and an impression of its shape and not a precise photo. I figure everyone knows what these flowers look like so a more impressionist view is a bit more unique.
