Sunshine brings them out..

Loads of these guys floating about today, they do love the sun.

Aglais urticae, the Small Tortoiseshell. These are the reason I leave a patch of nettles in the garden - despite me getting nettled every so often, they provide a home for the caterpillars of this beauty.
