Netball action

I'm trying to get a handle on shooting indoor fast action with my flash but it's proving w-a-y more difficult than I thought!

This shot was me resorting to no flash and whilst it's useless as a sports shot I rather like the anonymous action that it shows.

Practice makes perfect so will keep on trying....
