Wednesday 6 October 2010: 'Direct serious action is therefore necessary'
This is the title of the exhibition at the Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA) in Glasgow.
The artists are Joanne Tatham & Tom O'Sullivan.
It is a new commissioned exhibition for CCA, developed and constructed as a specific response to the CCA, its function, history and architecture. It features a number of Black & White photographs taken in Glasgow as well as a number of large sculptures similar to the ones in the picture.
It runs until 13th November.
The title - 'Direct serious action is therefore necessary' can be taken as a provocative, confrontational or instructional statement.
