Friday 8 October 2010: Someone's life saved again, hopefully

Birds were in short supply today so I took advantage of this Saviour probably on its way to the Southern General hospital in Glagow .The shocking thing about this service is that its totally funded by the public, as far as I know.
How many helicpters could you by for the cost of this
