Tuesday 2 November 2010: Passed!!

I've been renewing my First Aid certificate at St John's Ambulance HQ at Cardiff for the past two days!

I have spent the best part of the day rolling around a floor, being manhandled by complete strangers and my supervisor. I was a little nervous about doing it I must confess, but it was great fun in the end, and handy skill to have.

It's "active" for the next three years, I wonder where I will be working then!
