A little skype here, a little mail there.

Work stretching and straining, but it has calmed down a bit today.

Gym stretching and straining, a little heat pad here and there.

Being told I am a good daughter and my Mother in law thinks so too, is as good as it gets. My brother in law may not be the favourite" in law", after all.

(Waits for the explosion).

Oh and my blood pressure is normal, just awaiting the cholesterol check tomorrow and I'll be tip top.............hopefully.
