An early start to get to work, so I could have my fasting cholesterol taken...Oh joy.
The mist across the fields was lovely with the sun rising, but I couldn't stop for long.
Perhaps I can do it justice another day?
Back is biting badly tonight so a little chill time, with the projects on hold till tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow.
The cholesterol? Well I'm still in the Low risk area of the chart, but it could be better.
Not at the level of my Dad's 1.0, but then again that's what statins do for him.
