Icy

Local radio informed us that the outside temperature was minus 19c this morning, and we had ice on the inside of our windows so I chickened out of driving to work.
We went into the garden for a while and began our snow cave/igloo, but the kids didn't last very long, and I have to say that I've not felt cold like that since being up the Cairngorms skiing as a child.
I think a hot sponge pudding and custard for warmth and comfort tonight may be on the cards.
