Friday 22 December 2006: 'F... it, Dude, let's go bowling...'
Today was Blipcentral's day out and annual bowling competition. Following the usual pattern, lunch in the office with a refreshing glass of champagne - an afternoon at the bowling and posh dinner all lubricated with a choice of drinks.
Each year we like to have a side bet on the winner of the game. So as usual we raise the stake money and away we go. Above you see the shot that lost me £50.00, 74.00 Euro or $95.00. No matter how you cut it Dude it's a lot of spondoolics. Neck and neck up to the last ball of the last game and to lose by 3 points. Pah!
What a start to the season of goodwill!
