A slight thaw

There's a scene in The Fantastic Mr Fox where he transforms from the smooth urbane sophisticate into a ravenous beast as he devours his toast. I was reminded of that as the two beasts launched themselves at their respective Santa piles this morning. Paper everywhere. it only took them a few minutes to have the whole lot opened. Very happy they were too, with the Bakugan Maxis Dragonoid and the Tinkerbell outfit, the Sylvanian Family and the Ben 10 Alien Force and all the other things.

The rest of the day was just relaxing, mainly because Mandy took total charge of the dinner and I just made some sausage sandwiches for breakfast and did some washing up. I also got to take my new camera (a Dacora 120) for a wee walk along the beach to the harbour. Good value for a fiver off eBay.
