Sunday 26 December 2010: The Advent Pyramid

It is raining outside and the cold has gone from harsh to raw. Inside the Christmas Advent Pyramid (sometimes called a Windrädchen, the same word the Germans use for a windmill of the type that children put on sandcastles ) has the candles lit and is slowly turning, with the wise men rhythmically passing the baby in the manger !
