Fish face

Today we bought a beautiful salmon, fresh from Loch Fyne - yesterday it was swimming in Loch Duart. I feel slightly sad.

This is in honour of our new cold smoker, a fridge-like unit which is located outside for smoking food.

Did you know that salmon have teeth in their tongues????
