Sunday 9 January 2011: Sunny and bright
M got this lovely Primula from our allotment neighbours U and B on his birthday. We are blessed to have such nice neighbours!
After last night's rain it was thawing all day - and the sun was shining bright. We know it's not spring yet, but we start to feel that the days are getting longer. And we can hear a little bit more cheerful sounds from the birds.
This afternoon we planted some really nice plants that M got from I & C. They brought them from Madeira - it will be great to see them start growing!
