Balmoral Chicken

As per usual if there is nothing interesting in the flat and I can't be bothered going out then I slip into the habit of photographing dinner. Tonight is Balmoral Chicken from Crombies served with my own Dauphonise Potato recipe (made with potato, onions, milk and Roquefort cheese) and rather uninspiring looking peas.

It was very tasty and unfortunately still not living up to the Scottish stereo-type. One day I will deep-fry something...
