Lock-up
British English for somewhere you rent to keep a car, goods etc. in, as per Longman's Dictionary.
This one is actually owned by a sculptor who makes large pieces for public areas, so perhaps isn't a lock-up at all!
Straight out of the camera in every aspect, and probably would have been even if my software had not gone on strike!
