Royal Femail

My mother shares a birth year with The Queen, and was honoured with her own stamp this Christmas, although the people doing the honouring were her son and daughter-in-law, better known here as Bb and Dd! Eagle-eyed followers will remember this photo from my journal in July, and my mum was thrilled to receive a whole pile of stamps bearing her image alongside the Union Jack in her Christmas stocking. All was done through the Royal Mail website and was pretty reasonable. Think of all the Blip stamps we could send round the world!
