Sunday 6 February 2011: Honeysuckle in the sun
We had a lovely, sunny Sunday at the allotment - feeding the birds, chopping some wood and enjoying the sun. Some of the not so hardy plants had lost their protective snow cover, so we had to move some snow to cover them again. Frost drought can be lethal to a plant!
The honeysuckle seemed to enjoy the sunny weather just as much as we did!
