Tuesday 8 February 2011: Moor at Dawn
I had a slightly earlier start to the day than normal, and my walk down the hill to the station coincided with sunrise and a beautiful dawn sky.
This makes a nice companion shot to my December Solstice blip, which featured the same tree, at a similar time of day. This time I've included a wider expanse of moor, with the path still showing signs of its temporary stream-like status. On the skyline is Billing Hill above Yeadon, just about blocking the view of Leeds Bradford Airport which lies immediately behind.
I seem to be making a habit of pictures into the sun at the moment.
