Fitters at it again.....

We had a problem today that we couldn't solve right away, our Making Machine was being erratic and kept cutting out, after changing a few things we were left with another choice than to change the Motor Gearbox, but, we had no spare.
So we fitted a motor of Half speed and geared up the sprockets, but we never got to the correct speed. Anyhow we kept it going until the Motor Gearbox came back from the re-winders, they had found a brake coil burnt out and this was binding the motor and therefore overheating it.

It working now and we have a spare on the way too, so this never happens again.

It did make for a Blip opportunity though.
