Thursday 10 February 2011: I close my eyes
The sun was up before I arrived at work. And it was still light travelling home. And all day the sun streamed through the atrium. And although that should have made me want to get outside, I was strangely content to work away and I hardly suffered from any distractions at all, which is quite unlike me. Late in the afternoon I sat awhile and had a coffee with A, and we were joined by Eddie, back from his years in the States. He was wearing a baseball cap and large headphones but I commented on neither.
Travelling home I nodded off and woke passing these trees.
