Saturday 12 February 2011: The day after the blizzard
From Thursday afternoon until about noon on Friday we got about 30 cm of new snow. Buses, trains and, of course cars, had great problems, but today everything was back to normal.
Almost the same view about a year ago.
We spent the day at the allotment enjoying the sunny weather, did some serious shovelling and chopped some wood. Outdoor temperature was -8°C, but since it was hardly any wind, it didn't feel cold at all.
What a wonderful winter's day!
