Sunday 13 February 2011: View from my Kitchen Window

It is a very grey wet and miserable day in Caithness and have decided on this mostly grey picture to reflect how it really is! Another lucky chance today - when I looked at this one on my computer screen I noticed that the heron that frequents this part of the river Thurso is in his favourite fishing position (middle left). No sign of the sparrow hawk today.
