Emerging Redcurrant

After yesterday's ride to work through deep fog and snow (!) I thought today would be much more favourable for blipping on the journey home. I can only describe the sky as neutral and so all the blipportunities lost their colour and appeal. The alpaca were grazing at the far side of their field, no gorgeous reflections in the pond, the skyline under a layer of haze, even the bits of urban landscape - the pylons and the generating station had been neutralised. Back home and the garden is in that waiting phase, just hanging on in case of a surprise frost, still with a layer of winter detritus (love that word). The redcurrant is the only plant making an effort, sorry I couldn't do it justice.
