Last night of freedom

Last night we had a lovely spontaneous night out with Cyclops's colleagues, down the pub, and followed by Nandos.

Today we had a nice long sleep before setting off to meander down to Windermere where my parents live and where we were all attending a wedding tomorrow.

I knew my friend F had arranged for me to get a manicure in town and I thought it was late afternoon, so I text her about 11am to confirm. Turns out the appointment was at 2pm. We felt it was probably time to leave Edinburgh in that case, and continued our journey swiftly eventually arriving before F did at 2.05pm!

In the evening Cyclops, my parents and I went to a pub to meet with a lot of other people going to the wedding tomorrow, including H&P - the bride and groom to be (pictured here).
