sweet view

A 10 minutes walk from my home, down Vicarage Lane, sits the 'Tate & Lyle kettle hole'. There's a lovely building comprised of several wings just out of shot to the left (hidden by the hedge) which used to be the home of someone associated with Tate & Lyle, apparently.

The area round here is dotted with kettle holes, which I'm sure will be great for some future newt related blips. For now though I'm happy to capture the morning dew, the rising colours of dawn and the overall wintereyness that seems to be everywhere.

[Tate & Lyle fact: If you stacked up every tin of Lyle's Golden Syrup sold in the EU each year, the column would be more than 1,500 times the height of the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpor.]
