The Annual Mela Festival in Peel Park, Bradford. It started out nice and sunny then a sneaky drizzle and finally a miserably constant downpour. Even though the Bhangra band were giving it the full whack and the sponsors were offering sunshine over the airwaves, the security guards, as always, were not being paid to have fun.
