Happy Birthday, us

Howdy, Blippers.

A few of you noticed it was Blipfoto's second official birthday on Saturday. We're a tiny bit embarrassed to admit Blipcentral was with the other 99%, for whom the day slipped by almost unnoticed. (We blame the fact we've been so busy lately and we still think it's March. 1989.)

By way of a slightly belated celebration, we thought we'd launch a special one-off summer assignment.

This is a very simple idea, but one we think we can all have a lot of fun with. It's called 'In the style of...'.

We want you to pay homage to your fellow Blippers by blipping in their style. You could try only coming out out at night, setting yourself adrift at sea, or just taking the dog out for a walk.

Got the idea? Good. Tell you what - to add an extra little twist, let's make each other guess who we're imitating. Just tag your entries 'assignment31' and let us all wonder...

We're going to let this one run until Monday 4th of August and publish a round up right here on Tuesday 5th. That gives you two full weeks of creativity.
