Alfie

Alfie got lost under the cottage today. Donald, the builder, had lifted a couple of floor boards in the kitchen to see how much space there was between floor and foundation and in he dropped. I have never seen a builder so worried, beads of perspiration gathered as he tried to coax him towards the light. He did come back eventually, a little dusty after his adventure and promptly settled down for a wee sleep.
