Sob, sob, bawl.........

Yesterday saw my beloved 40d crash and burn and no amount of TLC from me appears to be able to revive him. The error message reads:

"Error 99
Please switch off and on or reinsert the battery"

I've done this heaps of times, all to no avail Every click of the shutter results in this message.

I'm distraught - I've had to resort to an 'ancient' model digital camera to photograph the evidence.......which it couldn't do hence the supremely crap, out of focus shot today.

I feel a large bill looming....!!!!
