Meltwaters

At long last we are able to leave the house and so went out for a pleasant drive this morning. We did a little shopping, had a short walk and stopped to look at the way this usually small river had burst its banks!

The swirling water was very impressive - particularly where the turbulent muddy water met the stiller clearer water. I also liked the way the low winter sun was shining through the leafless trees.
