Two Hunner!

That went in quick...

Another blip birthday, and I'm beginning to get the hang of this picture taking / journal writing / comment making thing I think.

Comparing these hundred images I feel there's a big difference when compared to the first hundred, mostly down to the fact these've been taken over the late autumn and winter. The effect of the change in seasons and the lack of daylight has made it more of a challenge keeping the blips going at times, and I'm coming to appreciate all the blippers out there who've done this continually through a number of years - good on you all for your perseverance and dedication.

These past 100 posts has seen blipfoto.com earn its BAFTA and launching the 'Scotland at Play' competition and those seem to have had a knock effect of introducing loads of new blippers to the community (going on the number of 'L' plate notifications that I've been receiving). The more the merrier I suppose but it does feel at times like I'm missing out on some good stuff as the blips fair fly through the homepage nowadays.

Looking forward to the next big blip batch now, and know what at least some of them will be this week with the fantastic 'Blip Together' project on the cards; a great example of how the heid-high-yins at blipfoto do listen to their users and react positively to suggestions, and it's looking magic already. So a big thank you to all of them, and thanks to all of you who have popped into 'Delph Wynd Daily' for a peek and to leave comment. And a special thank you to all of my subscribers who have taken it upon themselves to keep up with my rants, ramblings and occasional bad joke, it's much appreciated.
