Sea Urchin

Brammle and I went out first thing this morning to the woods near the cottage. Me with my camera, Brammle with endless energy to burn. It was so still and the sunlight filtered through the trees creating little islands of light. It was good to feel some warmth on my face as I looked up, although I can't quite shake the feeling that there is still a little more snow to come.

Back at the cottage the girls packed for their stay at Granny and Grandpa's, Sam got his camping gear ready for a night out with friends and Nick and I contemplated a very quiet weekend.

On the way back home from dropping Sam in Haddington, I stopped to have a mug of tea with a friend. We will be taking part in the MoonWalk again, so need to start training. My sister is now officially cancer free and beginning her first year without the worry of more operations or treatment. It has been a long hard road and this is my very small attempt to say just how proud I am of her.

If you read this F imagine yourself in the picture, the light falling on you and look to the future - there are good things coming X
