Tetanus?? I'll show YOU Tetanus.

As I'm going to grad school next month, it's time to get my immunizations in check.
I called my pediatrician's office (who's been retired now for 15 some odd years) to see about getting my measels, mumps, rubella, varicella (chicken pox), tetanus, and hepatitis A records. And wouldn't you know it, but that damn Hurricane Ike washed away my immunization records. So now there is no evidence that I ever had chicken pox (best time of my life, btw).
So I had my antibody titers drawn and I'm good to go. Except for the tetanus. Which burned when it coursed through my arm and hurts three days after the fact.

Today is my mom's birthday! Happy Birthday, mom. Hope it's been wonderful for you.
