Weeeeeeee BANG!

Went to the Festival Fireworks Concert in Edinburgh tonight.

Was lucky enough to have been invited to a corporate do in offices with a view of the castle. Not as much atmosphere as being on the street / in Princes Street Gardens, but compensated for by free beer & food, toilets and a place to prop the tripod. Just a shame its a school night ;-)

I took about 250 photos all together with my 18-55mm lens at ISO 200 and about 1.3 shutter speed. The weather was clear too after having being a bit cloudy earlier. The results are really good, although I missed not having a remote as some of the shots have some trigger blur on them.

Hope you like the shot. Concert was ace, especially Barber's Adagio for Strings [thanks MyAim for correction]. Perfect.
