Hilda the Magnificent!

She's the biggest and boldest. She's a Silver Laced Wyandotte and her wing feathers are already coming in nicely. She was the first one to fly/jump up on top of the brooder in their bin/home. Then she hopped up on top of the ridge to roost. She's brilliant I tell you. Then immediately following this photo shoot, she flap-flapped right out of the bin onto my lap. Too bad I didn't get a picture of that. She's quickly turning into my favorite. And she truly thinks I'm her mom. Bawk-bawk.
