Elin

Today we visited our friends Lex and Louise and their daughter Elin. Elin is about one year younger than Ellis. Our girls were still tired from all their climbing and running yesterday but they behaved very well and made drawings and played with their Nintendo's.

In the meantime, Elin was crawling around searching for interesting stuff. Luckily Lex and Louise knew exactly what she was up to and they managed to avoid drinks being spilt, CD's being taken out of the their cabinet, the TV and radio being switched on and the cable modem being switched off. I had a lot of fun watching that. For some reason, our girls never did much of that when they were younger. Or maybe I have forgotten all about that...

When I got the camera out of the bag, Elin was a bit worried. In this shot, she is sitting on the floor and looking up at her dad to find out if it is OK for me to wave that camera around.

When we returned to Ten Boer the girls wanted to visit their grandparents (my in-laws) but they were not home. Their second choice was their aunt Jannie and uncle Raymond. They live in our street so that was easy. For me and Martine it has been a rather lazy Sunday afternoon so far. Just the way I like them!
