Monday 28 February 2011: Bringing in the fish
Another beautiful spring day up here with wall to wall sunshine.I wandered down to Scrabster harbour after school where it was very busy. Boats unloading, boats coming in and boats fueling up to go back out again. Presumably this good weather makes it much easier for the fishermen to earn their living.
My son's cat has come to stay with me and he is settling in very well. I think he is enjoying the peace and quiet after living in a noisy household. He is a big, black tom and will probably feature in a blip soon. He goes by the name of Clisham and we have reached a good understanding - he gets the best chair and I can sit wherever else I like!
