Canapes

Today I had a delegation from the royal agricultural college who came over to visit a race horse trainer who lives nearby. They had canapes, quiches and soup. Odd combination, but that's what they asked for. The canapes are a cucumber filled with salmon tartar, creme fraiche and caviar. A marinated artichoke rolled in serrano ham and chicken liver parfait mousse in a vol au vent.
