Grasping at Stems

Sunday is my day off.......well usually I try to make it so.

Slept in till bladder was fit to bust then after ablutions Mother, Dog and I got in the car , bought coffee and went and sat in the car in the sun looking out over the ocean. Lovely blue sky, giant tumbling clouds, fresh wind, runners with their dogs, families with their kids riding through the warming day.

Home to prepare for a family get together to say goodbye to another family member who has been visiting with her son and daughter and granddaughter. Too cold to be outside but food cooked on the barbeque anyway and added to salads and garlic bread allowing us to do justice to all.
