Heading down,

Cape Smokey! We've just got home from a day's skiing again, up at Cape Smokey! Not the same bright blue skies type of day, definitely more on the misty side! But nonetheless, we had a great time, the conditions are still good and the folks there are just so cheerful! It's just a bit sad tho - I used to be able to go run after run without much effort, now....after 2-3 runs (and they are pretty short ones too), my legs are all rubbery - and because it's only the pommel that is open, no chairs to sit down on for those few precious moments that just give you a bit of a break....maybe if we go a few more times i'll get my muscles back in better working order! Or, i could start doing a bit more on the elliptical!!

A quiet and sleepy evening in front of fire and tv and or computer, is in order i think!!!
