Fredericks Ice Cream Parlour

Fredericks have been making ice cream for over 100 years and have over 100 different flavours.
The ice cream seen here is the Bakewell Pudding flavour something that is probably not seen in other outlets.
It's delicious and has the distinctive raspberry and almond tastes associated with the puddings.
I was so pleased to see this parlour open again as it had been closed for some time, but it was only because it was winter and not that they had closed down.
Phew, dread the thought.
If places as good as this selling ice creams as good as they do start having business problems you know that as a country we may as well throw in the towel now.
