Morel Mushrooms

WOOHOOOOO, they're here!! My first morels of the season. They cost me £28/k but well worth it. I'm going to serve them with asparagus and parmesan. Morels are a mushroom that benefit from cooking slowly in butter rather than on a high heat. This way the flavours are released much better.

Once I serve some and manage to get a picture I will post it here.
